CA Track:  Latest & Greatest Billing, Insurance & Compliance

The one thing constant is change.  This holds true in the world of documentation,  insurance, and billing.   We often hear from offices who base their day to day operations on information they learned years ago.   This can cause problems with denials, audits and overall inaccuracies as this information frequently changes.  Dr. Spaulding, OSCA's Director of Chiropractic services, works with OSCA members and their staff to resolve challenges and improve efficiency of front office processes.  When she is not at the OSCA, she is busy in her private practice where she practices with her husband who is also a DC.   In this session we will cover relevant updates and things you'll want to know heading into 2020.   We will also be reaching out prior to convention for questions to customize this session to the needs of those that will be attending
