About 2018 annual convention

The Ohio State Chiropractic Association (OSCA) is hosting its 2017 Annual Convention, “Facing the Future Together,” at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in downtown Columbus, Ohio on October 20-22, 2017.  The education sessions are geared towards preparing Chiropractic Physicians and their staff for the future of the profession!  The Convention typically hosts over 300 Ohio DCs, their staff and students, and DCs will have the opportunity to earn up to 13 CEs.

Also attending will be over 70 chiropractic industry related vendors, from chiropractic equipment and supply vendors and nutrition companies, to financial advisors and banks.  Top level sponsorships include a 20-minute spot in our Exhibitor Showcase, which will be a unique opportunity to get everyone’s attention.  Our new exhibit hall layout gives every vendor great access to all attendees, and all the food breaks will occur in the Exhibit Hall.

We have some exciting new changes for 2017! Friday afternoon, attendees will start earning CE’s right away at our General Session featuring Dr. Dane Donohue, who will speak about Wellness Care...the future of chiropractic is in the prevention of illness.  We’ll get the party started that night with our Exhibitor Welcome Reception in the vendor hall, with food, drinks and entertainment! Everyone will mix and mingle, and get a head start on visiting the booths.

Saturday will be chock full of education, starting with a general session featuring Dr. Scott Munsterman speaking about Integrated Practice and Medicare.  Breakout sessions will then continue the day and a variety of speakers will teach about topics such as using lasers, pediatric chiropractic, pregnancy taping, and nutrition.  Saturday night will be our “Dinner in the City” event – we made the reservations – you pick where you want to go!  This will coincide with HighBall Halloween happening in downtown Columbus.  Bring your most outrageous Halloween costume for this unforgettable event!

Sunday morning will begin with a member meeting and awards ceremony and then go into a General Session educational program featuring Kathy Mills-Chang, who will give important information on the coding and documentation dos and don’ts.

The OSCA is excited to “Face the Future Together” with you and get Chiropractic Physicians educated on the future of the profession.  Register today!
