How do I get to the Convention Center?
Follow this link for directions and parking. If you are staying at an area hotel, each hotel has valet service.
Can I bring my spouse or a guest?
Of course! If they will be attending the CE Classes, they will need to register as Staff. If they will be joining you for the meals only, then register them as a Spouse/Guest. The cost is $110 to cover a portion of the meals, unless you are at the Membership Plus level where guests and staff may attend free of charge. The Dinner in the City event is an additional $40/per person.
Is Dinner in the City included with Membership Plus or Student Registrations?
No, the cost per person for Dinner in the City is $40. If you are attending, please be sure to select your restaurant choice. Reservations are limited and will be on a first come, first served basis.
What hotel is closest to the convention?
The closest to the event is the Hilton, then the Hyatt, then the Red Roof Plus. Both the Hilton and Hyatt have enclosed routes to get to the convention.
Do I have to book one of the hotels on the list?
No, we reserved room blocks at each hotel for our attendees' convenience. Because the HighBall Halloween event is going on that weekend, hotel rooms in the area will fill up quickly so these hotels will likely be your best option.
